Sir,
In response to your letter 2395 of the 19th instant, I have the honour to request that arrangements may be made for the attendance of the undermentioned witnesses before the Executive Council on the 1st proximo.
Dr. R. Lamort of 15 Queen's Road Central, Sergeants Ferrett and Kerr of the Police, Principal Warders McLeod and Passmore and Warders Doyle, Oram, Barrington, Curtis, Benson, Smith, Dillon, and Robins, also the Indian Officer on main gate duty on the 28th June at night.
I further beg to request that I may be furnished with a copy of the depositions taken by Mr. Craig at the former enquiry in this case, also a copy of the prison rules and regulations.
